Good evening, and welcome to the Cherry Hill Annual Member Dinner.
This year marks an incredible milestone—20 years of Cherry Hill Living.
A Journey Two Decades in the Making
It all began in 2002, when planning and construction started on Phase 1—A vision that took shape in the form of 34 summer getaway sites on the northwest corner of the lake.
Just two years later, in 2004, Cherry Hill welcomed its very first members.
Among them were seven individuals and families who still call Cherry Hill home today.
Over the past two decades, we have watched Cherry Hill grow and evolve, shaped by the vision, dedication, and community spirit of our members.
As those original 34 sites filled up, demand grew, and so did Cherry Hill.
Phase 2 brought 32 more sites, bringing the total to 66.
And today, Cherry Hill has become a cherished summer retreat for over 100 members—a place where families make memories, friendships grow, and time slows down, just enough to enjoy life’s simple pleasures.
Growth, Quality, and Commitment
Cherry Hill Living is not just growing—it’s thriving.
This summer alone, we’ve welcomed 24 new members to the Cherry Hill community.
Existing members have also invested in their Cherry Hill experience, with 18 members upgrading their units, leading to over $2 million in new RVs and trailers added this year.
But our biggest expansion came in 2018, when Cherry Hill introduced 69 new sites with year-round access.
Staying True to Our Core Values
As Cherry Hill continues to grow, we remain committed to the values that make this community special.
1. Cherry Hill Living is Peaceful & Private
To enhance the exclusivity and security of our resort, we are introducing a new access control gate system this fall. This system will feature credentialed member access and a push-button guest entry control, ensuring that Cherry Hill remains a private oasis for its members.
2. Cherry Hill Living is Beautiful
We take pride in maintaining the aesthetic and architectural beauty of Cherry Hill. Our detailed design and landscaping guidelines continue to be updated to preserve the charm and appeal of our community.
